  • You can easily opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by replying with a "STOP" message.

At JFit, LLC, we collect opt-in through:

When interacting with customers, staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to messaging using the following script: “By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from JFit, from 313-524-0806 regarding appointments, exercises, other customer care questions, or software trouble-shooting. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply with HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at 313-524-0806 or support@jfitpt.com. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.”

 

Opt-Out Mechanism
